Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 8–10 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $79.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time includes order verification, product preparation, quality checking, packaging, and transfer to our shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use the tracking link provided in the email to follow your package.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the package has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Liberty Porch is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your delivery location, mailbox, front porch, building office, or with neighbors first.

Liberty Porch is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost due to theft, mailbox issues, porch theft, or security problems at the delivery address.

Delayed Orders

If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will help check the status of your shipment.

In some cases, delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier processing periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the issue and provide the best possible solution according to our Replacement & Refund Policy.
