Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours after purchase.

3-Day Issue Report

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

6-Month Guarantee

Flag products are covered for defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. This is because many of our products begin production or preparation shortly after the order is placed.

Replacement & Refund

We stand behind the quality of our products. If there is an issue caused by a product defect, shipping damage, production error, or wrong item received, we may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing your request.

Refund or replacement requests must be supported with clear evidence, such as photos or videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, or the issue you experienced.

  • Package confirmed lost in transit after carrier verification

Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Customer changed their mind after the order was processed
  • Wrong size, quantity, design, or option selected by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Package marked as delivered by the carrier but lost due to theft or mailbox issues
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Items used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or not kept in original condition

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Return Shipping

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.

In most cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund without requiring a physical return.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Refund Method

Late or Missing Refunds
